About our
Islamic Preschool

Who we are?
Soleh Squad (SSIP) is an Islamic preschool education catered towards 3 to 6 years old children. We design our own syllabus program following the National Preschool Curriculum Standard set by The Ministry of Education Malaysia KSPK. The syllabus is complete with a set of facilities for the students to learn beyond the classroom. It emphasizes the importance of promoting the mental, physical and spiritual development of children. Under this system, our teachers do not use a one-size-fits-all approach as children learn in different ways at different paces. Our mission is to “Educate the whole child in an Islamic environment where students are spiritually nurtured, academically challenged, engaged, healthy, safe, and supported in order to contribute positively in a diverse society”. We instills a love of Islam into children that will last throughout their lifetime. Like every other preschool creating inspiration and love for Islam is one of the main aims of Islamic education. We offer many opportunities for children to explore independently, find new ways to looks at things, practice decision-making, learn to problem-solve, strengthen critical thinking skills, as well as improve their well-being and confidence. SSIP aims to assist parents encouraging and guiding their children in the best Islamic way. This creates an opportunity and responsibility for other Islamic preschool to share their ideas and learning with the rest of the world.

After teaching for SEVEN years at a well-known Islamic kindergarten in Malaysia, October 2018 marked a turning point in my career. It was time for a change, but I was initially unsure about what that change would entail.
Leaving the teaching profession left me feeling lost. Teaching had been my sole professional experience, and the prospect of doing something else seemed daunting. However, as I delved deeper into exploring various options, I discovered that there were numerous opportunities available if I took the time to piece them together. It was during this time that I realized there were many other teachers going through the same transition, which gave me the confidence to proceed with my decision.
Eventually, I found my path. I embarked on a new journey by opening an Islamic Montessori Preschool , initially as a franchise owner. I was offered a position as a branch manager, which allowed me to establish and run the preschool. After FOUR years, however, I made the decision to discontinue the franchise and instead establish my own brand SOLEH SQUAD Islamic Preschool. With this change, I were able to implement our own designated curriculum with a strong emphasis on Islamic education.
The journey of transitioning from teaching to opening and managing my own preschool has been both challenging and fulfilling. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue making a positive impact on young minds while staying true to our Islamic values.
